   You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that occurs under your account.

5. One account per person

   Unless we explicitly allow it, each person is entitled to one account.

6. Acceptable use

   Do not use the service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive.

7. No content involving minors

   Any attempt to produce or request content involving minors is strictly prohibited and reported.

8. No real-person impersonation

   Do not try to make the service impersonate identifiable real people without consent.

9. No automated abuse

   Do not scrape, spam, brute-force or otherwise stress the service with automated tools.

10. Intellectual property

    The platform, brand, designs and software are owned by us or our licensors.

11. Your content

    You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to run the service.

12. Generated content

    Outputs from the AI are provided to you for personal use, subject to these terms.

13. Subscriptions

    Some features require a paid subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis.

14. Free trial

    When a trial is offered, you can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.

15. Renewals

    Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.

16. Refunds

    Refunds are issued in line with applicable consumer protection laws and our published refund policy.

17. Pricing changes

    We may change prices for future billing cycles; we will notify you in advance.

18. Taxes

    Listed prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

19. Promotional codes

    Promotional codes are subject to their own terms and may be revoked in case of abuse.

20. Service availability

    We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

21. Beta features

    Some features are released as beta and may change, break or be removed without notice.

22. Third-party services

    The service may rely on third-party providers; their terms apply where relevant.

23. Suspension

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

24. Termination by you

    Conversations with the AI are not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.

    You agree to indemnify us for losses caused by your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

30. Changes to the service

    We may add, change or remove features at any time.

31. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

32. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity.

33. Dispute resolution

    Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, by the competent courts.

34. Assignment

    You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent. We may assign ours in connection with a corporate transaction.

35. Severability

    If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

36. Entire agreement

    These terms together with our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us.
